When you walk into work in the morning, you need to be able to trust your gear. Unfortunately, with the wrong thermal management design, that could be tough to do. The simple fact of the matter is that some traditional methods like air conditioning and compressed air can be unreliable, so when you want to optimize your performance, it’s time to look elsewhere. With highly efficient heat exchangers, you can know that you have an effective thermal management solution.

Tight Areas Can Make It Tough To Cool
Sometimes, it’s the spatial demands of your equipment that makes things difficult. For those hard-to-reach areas, we have a few options designed to control your temperatures when and where you need it. One of our favorite solutions is the humble heat pipe, which uses the change in phase from liquid to gas (and back again) to provide powerful passive thermal management.
One end of the heat pipe assembly, the evaporator end, is placed in contact with your heated element. As the fluid within the fully enclosed pipe starts to heat up, it eventually changes to a gaseous state, moving to the other end of the heat pipe. In this location, it can safely cool, reverting to a liquid. This process can continue over and over again, all without the need for an external power source.
Heat Exchangers Are Thermal Management Workhorses
In other areas of your office, you might need some serious control. When that happens, be sure to ask our team about your possibilities with highly effective heat exchangers. These units work alongside the laws of thermodynamics to provide major support for your equipment, while simultaneously helping you cut down on your energy consumption.
Our office designs a range of heat exchangers, in a variety of forms and sizes. Whether you want a custom air-to-air solution or an NSF 61/372-certified air-to-water heat exchanger, we’re here to help.
